November – December (Margashira)
MANABASA : Manda, chakuli, chitau, biri ladu, bara, mitha bara, suanra pitha, puli, pana kanti, kakara, khiri, dahi bhata/ dahi pakhala , khechudi, kanika, dalma,chhena bara tarkari, saga, bhaja etc…
PRATHAMASTAMI :- Enduri pitha, khiri, machha ghanta…
KANJIANLA NABAMI :- Kanji , khechudi, khiri, Machha tarkari…
DHANU SANKRANTI :- Dhanu Muaan, Gheea muan…
PANDU POORNIMA :- Biri Goja /Gaja (Biri Gaja is basically made up of steamed rice flour filled with savoury stuffing of black gram seasoned with some spices)
BATA OSHA :- Muan, Manda pitha, Bajra batula, khiri….

December- January ( Pousha)
SAMBA DASAMI :- “Ghadghadia ghanta tarkari”, khechudi, puri. (One of the specific characters of this ritual is variety of individual food item is offered to Sun God in the name of each member of the family,)
Once the food items have been offered to the Surya, the women prepare Pitha (cake), which includes Manda Pitha, Kakara Pitha, Poda Pitha, Arisha Pitha, Biri Laddoo, Makar Chaula, Dhanu Muaan, Khiri, Rasagola, Jhilli, Chhenagaja, Sweet Curd etc.. In the evening, another Puja is observed as a part of the Samba Dasami ritual. This is ‘Mahakala Puja’, in which special ‘Budha Chakuli’ and ‘Khapara Manda’s are offered to Yama.

January – February (Magha)
MAKARA SANKRANTI :- Makara chaula, Khaja, chuda…
BAULA / BAKULA AMABASHYA :- Khira gaintha ( Rice dumplings cooked in Sweetened milk.)
SRI PANCHAMI / SARASWATI POOJA : Different types of sweets
MAHA SHIBA RATRI :- Gaja manda, Chhena nadia guda kheera dahi panaa, chhatua sarbat..

February – March (Falguna)
DOLA JATRA, HOLI :- Amba kasi, chana bhaja, guda (baby mango, roasted black pea and jaggery ) arisha pitha,khaee ukhuda along with many kinds of sweets…
SUDASHA BRATA :- Chhena chakata(10 balls of cheese mixture), Sukla manda pitha 10(Steamed rice powder dumplings with coconut /cheese Jagerry stuffing), Chhena panaa…

March April (Chaitra)
CHAITRA MASA BATA MANGALA POOJA :- Attakali, panaa, sweets…
Various types of veg food.
